Join Peter at FreedomFest Bahamas!

Event Location:
Atlantis Resort, Nassau, Bahamas
Event Date:
February 1, 2012 - 3:00pm - February 5, 2012 - 3:00pm

In what has become an annual tradition, I  will be participating in Mark Skousen's World Economic Summit at the Atlantis Resort in The Bahamas, which will be held on February 1-5, 2012. Like Mark's larger Freedomfest conference in Las Vegas, this event brings together leading figures in hard-asset investing, Austrian economics, and the liberty movement. While welfare statists like Al Gore, George Soros, and Paul Krugman gather by the ski slopes in Davos to push for more bailouts and deficit spending, Mark offers the free-market crowd a chance to offer our own solutions in the sunny, warm Bahamas -at the exceptional Atlantis Resort!

Visit http://freedomfest.com/gfs2012 for complete details on the conference. We have arranged a discounted group rate of $199 per night (plus tax) on hotel rooms for Euro Pacific subscribers! To lock in the lower room rate call Tami Holland directly at 866.266.5101 ext 102 by this Friday, January 13 or send her an email. Be sure to let her know that you are a friend of Euro Pacific Capital.

The intimate event offers plenty of opportunities to mingle with leading lights of libertarianism and to get financial advice that may help you prepare for the turbulent times that may lie ahead. This year, I will give a solo morning lecture on Friday, February 3rd entitled, "The Buck Stops Here: How to Survive and Prosper from the New Financial Nightmare Scenario." I will also be participating in numerous panel discussions throughout the conference.

Here's a bit more about the other speakers at the conference:

  • Steve Moore, Mr. Washington Insider and editorial board member of the Wall Street Journal, will give a speech entitled, "Crisis in Washington: What's Really Going on Inside the Beltway."
  •  Richard Rahn, former Chief Economist for the US Chamber of Commerce and a leading free-market advocate, will offer a speech entitled "Lessons from the Nine Countries that Have Avoided the Financial Crisis." He will focus on Canada, Chile, and Sweden, among others.
  • Vito Tanzi, a former IMF official and another free-market advocate, will speak on "How the Government Could Cut Spending by 30% and Stimulate Real Economic Growth."
  • Business leader Marty Cummins responds to Occupy Wall Street and liberal economic dogma: "Prosperity for All: How Enlightened Capitalism Increases Fairness and Equality."
  • Free-market advocate Jeff Berwick, editor of the Dollar Vigilante, speaks on "Surviving and Prospering During and After the Dollar Collapse."
  • Several special sessions are for business owners, including one hosted by Craig Huey, author of "When Political and Economic Tsunamis Collide". Craig will speak on "12 Profitable Strategies for Marketing, Despite Obamanomics."
  • Plus see free-market author and economist Yaron Brook from the Ayn Rand Institute, Lenore Hawkins from Fox Business, Julian Morris from Reason, and many more.

The fee for the conference is $495 per person ($795 per couple) - and that includes all the general sessions, breakout sessions, the exhibit hall, cocktail receptions, and the spectacular gala closing dinner and reception Saturday night.

The Summit takes place at the Atlantis - a five-star resort with lots of fun things to do for the entire family: swim with the dolphins, see the most advanced aquarium in the world, plus they have excellent restaurants, entertainment, casinos, water sports, and much more. It's breathtaking.

This is a can't-miss event, and I hope to see you there.
